Installation Time: 10-12 hours. Welding Required Additional Receiver Hitch Installation Required - Sold Separately These RV Motorcycle Carriers by Blue Ox can handle the heavy lifting for you. These handy carriers use an electric winch to lower all the way to the ground, then lift your cargo safely and securely into place. Positive dead bolt stops ensure your load stays in the raised position. Deck sizes vary, but all have a 1000 lb. carrying capacity with built-in tie-down points. These units are powder coated black for durability and can flat tow up to 5000 lbs. Trailers may not be towed as any additional tongue weight will reduce the capacity of the Sport Lift and will cause damage.
Blue Ox SportLift carriers are perfect for motorcycles, but can be used for a variety of uses such as scooters, power wheelchairs and wheeled cargo boxes. One person can load and unload with ease, even in tight situations. No ramps are required. The Sport Lift II features a remote control, and tamper-proof controls.
All motorhomes are not suitable for these units as they add considerable weight at the rear. Frame structure, distance from hitch to rear axle, and carrying capacity of the tires must be considered.
