LP Gas Detectors from CCI Controls

These LP Gas detectors are electronic alarm-only devises that detect gas leaks from the front and back. These LP Gas detectors send a warning signal when a leak is detected. New, user-friendly features include a visual operating alarm and low-voltage indicators to help keep you alert and your family safe. Flush mount detectors fit Fleetwood RVs all models and years. The LP Gas Detectors operate continuously on 12 volts. The Sensor delay diminishes nuisance alarms. These products are the lowest power consuming detectors on the market and operate on .036mA of current per hour, conserving battery voltage when dry camping or when your RV is in storage. UL and CSA Listed.

Model #66-8603 has two wires without connectors.

Model #66-8604 has three wires with connectors.

LP Gas Safety

Many changes have taken place in RV Propane connections over the last five years.  It is important to understand the new safety features and how they work together to afford maximum protection and convenience.  The new Type I, ACME connection and its ability to shut off the flow in a fire situation is one of those improvements. Cylinders and tanks with the OPD valve to help prevent over filling is another improvement. You will love the safety and convenience these products bring to your RVing experience. However, please note that any installations and work on your Propane system should always be performed by someone knowledgeable and qualified to do such work.
