Tanks shown with snap-on Gauge (sold separately)Tanks for motorhomes with side-door access have the fittings on the side. Other vehicles such as vans with no side door can use tanks with the fittings located on the lower quadrant of the tank as illustrated above.
These Horizontal LP Tanks are powder coated. This provides maximum corrosion protection and long lasting beauty. They are armor-clad with a porcelain like finish and come with the Manchester Tank quality construction.
They feature a valve guard which provides great access to the fill and shutoff valves. They all have an automatic stop/fill valve with a 1 3/4" ACME connection.

It is important to understand the new safety features and how they work together to afford maximum protection and convenience. The new Type I, ACME connection and its ability to shut off the gas flow in a fire situation is one improvement. Cylinders with the OPD valve to help prevent over filling is another improvement. You will love the safety and convenience that these products bring to your RVing experience. However, please note that any installations and work on your Propane system should always be performed by someone knowledgeable and qualified to do such work.
