Two Stage with Excess Flow POL
Propane Pressure Regulator Made by Marshall Brass.
This Propane Pressure Regulator is a Marshall Brass model 294 two stage regulator. It is similar to the model 290 2 stage except that is also has an excess flow P.O.L. already installed. When mounted horizontally, its vent is pointed down and with a protective cover, it is approved for use on single verical cylinders or horizontal tanks. With the cover, it meets the requirements for use on RVs.
Propane Gas Safety
Many changes have taken place in RV Propane Gas connections over the last five years. It is important to understand the new safety features and how they work together to afford maximum protection and convenience. The new Type I, ACME connection and its ability to shut off the flow in a fire situation is one of those improvements. Cylinders and tanks with the OPD valve to help prevent over filling is another improvement. You will love the safety and convenience these products bring to your RVing experience. However, please note that any installations and work on your LP Gas system should always be performed by someone knowledgeable and qualified to do such work.
