To order any of these Parts or Manuals, please have the complete Model No. and Serial No. handy when you call.  This information is on your  generator name plate. Pictures of typical name plates are shown above. The examples below will are taken from the units pictured above. 


The Model No. is 6.5NHMFA26115C (Spec C) and the Serial No. B933994223 for example #1 above.
The Model No. is 4BGEFA26100H (Spec H) and the Serial No. is I910418249 for example #2 above.
For example #3 above, the Model No. is 7.5HDKAJ/1145D (Spec D) and the Serial No. is  F980757139. 

Having the complete Model No. (The Spec Number is the last Letter of the Model Number) and the Serial No. will enable us to provide fast and accurate information and favorable pricing.  Also, please tell us the type of fuel ( gasoline, LP, or diesel) when you call.
If practical, you should also have the old part in hand when you call. This may be of help
in verifying that we are correctly matching the item you need.
