PPL RV Parts Superstore makes every effort to insure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, in the rare case that you have a problem, we will gladly exchange, credit or refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of shipping. If a return is due to factors beyond your control, we will even refund your shipping costs. That is our commitment to your satisfaction. Please inspect your merchandise before accepting your order from the delivery service. Do not accept damaged items.
If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return unused items for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the item is defective or damaged. We are unable accept returns of electronic items, Special Orders and specially made items. All items returned must be in the original packaging and in new condition, showing no signs of wear, installation or use.
In some cases, products suspected to be defective may be tested and repaired or you may be instructed to contact the manufacturer directly. However, rest assured that we will assist you in every way possible to resolve any concern you may have.
