If you would prefer to order over the telephone, please have the specific
item numbers or the
brand (We only handle A & E Systems and Carefree of Colorado) model
number, serial number and production number. With the canopy fully
extended, you should find the product tag on the roller tube. Generally, the
product information tag will be toward the front of the camper on
the roller tube.
You should note the color of the hardware such as satin (aluminum), cream or white.
You should also record the product information for the hardware such as model,
serial number and production number. Generally, this product tag can be
found inside of the front canopy arm channel. At the same time you should get the length of
the arm by measuring from the center line of the top bracket to the
centerline of the bottom bracket.
Ordering certain items will require that we have the length and width of the
fabric.
You will need to measure your existing product. The measurements should be
made with the canopy fully extended.
Determine the exact length (A) of fabric and width
(B) of the fabric. The length should be measured from the roller
tube to where the fabric is attached to the recreational vehicle at the awning rail. Do not
include the hardware and valance in these width and length
measurements.
Also have the measurement of the distance between the hardware (arms).
Measure from front center line to rear center line of arms.
