Exploded views are available for most models. To actually place an order, find your desired area of equipment. Click on the corresponding number to the desired part in the exploded view. This will bring up a selection window where you can add the part to your shopping cart (note: If the price is displayed as $0.00, the part is not available). You can then follow the buttons to check out (order) or continue shopping. Click on the banner at the top of the screen to return to the PPL Parts Superstore main page.
If you would prefer to order over the telephone, please have the specific item numbers or the following information when you call. This information will normally be found on back of the unit. Generally, you will have to pull the unit to be able to see the identification sticker.
- Brand: Atwood Hydro-Flame, Suburban, or Duo-Therm. (We stock items for only these brands.)
- Model and Series:
- Examples for Atwood Hydro-Flame: 8525, 8531, etc. For the Hydro-Flame, you must also know what series it is: Series I, Series II, Series III, or Series IV
- Examples for Surburban: NT 24MA, NT 30LD, SF 25, SF 30,
- Examples for Duo-Therm: 25R, 15RU, 90130, 90030,65940056, etc.
- Have old Part: If possible you should also have the old part in hand when calling. This may be of help in verifying that we are correctly matching the part you need.
Please Note: If your heater is more than 10 years old and it will require expensive repairs it may be better to replace it with a new one. Also if you have a Coleman heater, be aware that they are no longer made and obtaining repair items for a Coleman is very difficult. Therefore replacement may be your best option. If you have the cut out dimensions, call us and we will find a replacement unit. The replacement unit will not be an exact fit and some modification to the opening will likely be required. Considering the warranty on a new one and the cost of repairs, replacement is often better for you than trying to repair an old heater. Also, note that working with LP Gas appliances should always be done by someone qualified to do such work.
