B&W Patriot Fifth Wheel Hitch

 Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch

The 16k 'Patriot' fifth wheel hitch is the latest design from B&W. It's designed as a less expensive, lighter weight hitch that uses existing rails of any make (rails are not included). The 3/4" wrap around jaws fit kingpins perfectly for a securely smooth tow. The Patriot features a full 18" of height for bed clearance, self leveling coupler, easy to reach effortless handle and a side to side pivot with spring cushioning for easy install and use. Capacity is 16,000 lbs Trailer Weight, 4,000 lbs Vertical Weight.

  • Rated to 16,000 lbs. GVW and 4,000 lbs. pin weight.
  • Cam-action latching mechanism makes for easy hook-up and release.
  • Locking jaws are a full 3/4" thick, machined to mate perfectly with the kingpin.
  • Hitch head pivots back-to-front and side-to-side (a full 7 degrees) to help prevent binding.
  • A single hydraulic shock absorber helps to stabilize the side-to-side motion.
  • 4 up-and-down adjustments for optimal turning clearance and weight positioning.
  • High gloss powder coat finish.
