Prodigy Brake Controllers

Primus and Prodigy Brake Controllers include the mounting bracket and generic 'hard-wire' wiring harness shown below. Quick 'plug-in' harnesses for specific vehicles with towing packages are also available. Harnesses for Prodigy are compatible with Primus controllers.

Prodigy Brake Controllers are Inertia-Activated and are the most advanced and intelligent approach to brake controllers. The Tekonsha family of  controllers are very popular among RVer's with billions of miles of RV brake control experience.

Please Note:  One Wiring Harness Kit and one Mounting Bracket is included with the Prodigy. Some RVer's tow their trailer with more than one vehicle and it is convenient to buy install the wiring and mounting bracket in each tow vehicle to make it more convenient to move the brake controller from vehicle to vehicle.
