Pullrite hitches in the SuperGlide 5th wheel model are the Gold Standard solution for towing with Short Bed tow trucks. These PullRite hitches automatically slide the back away from the cab of the towing vehicle during turns, without having to stop, move pins or levers, or force the trailer to slide along rails.

How it Works: The trailer king pin box is fitted with a capture plate, which engages the head of the SuperGlide hitch, so that when, during a turn, the hitch head twists to stay in line with the trailer. As the head twists, the patented CamGlide feature moves the head back away from the truck cab. For more detailed information and features, visit PullRite's SuperGlide website.

These PullRite hitches for short beds come in various towing capacities from 12K to 24K. The 14K SuperGlide moves up to 14" while making a turn - 50% farther than manually adjusted slider designs and works automatically.

A new installation will require 3 items, all sold separately:

The bed mounting system

A Capture Plate

These require specific mounting rails/brackets for each hitch and the mounting kits are specific to certain vehicles.
