Fifth Wheel Landing Gear Jacks

Atwood fifth wheel landing gear leveling jacks very popular with today's RVers. They are made of heavy-wall 2 1/2" square tube construction with precision roll-threaded screws and 5 1/2" diameter foot pads. They come in heavy duty ( supports 6000 lbs) which can be converted to electric with the optional Power head, and super duty ( supports 8000 lbs ) which requires two Power head kits. They can handle load ratings for a variety of fifth wheels. Telescoping heavy-duty tubing, large footpads and sturdy mounting hardware mean greater trailer stability and reduced sway. The double tube extension allows the inner tube to be dropped to the ground and pinned in 1" increments before final cranking to the final desired height. Atwood fifth Wheel Landing Gear also provides 36" of adjustment and most are available as manual or electric versions.

6000 lb and 8000 lb Ratings

The new Super Duty Landing Gear comes with the advanced technology of a ball screw for even easier and faster positioning. The Standard and Heavy Duty Landing Gear use precision roll threaded mechanical acme screws. The 8000 lb model is 38% faster than the 6000 lb Landing Gear, and requires two power head kits.

Easy to Use

Atwood fifth Wheel Landing Gear can be supplied with an optional pull-pin. Simply pull on the pull-pin's loop and the drop-tube and foot fall to the ground. Then as you begin operating the jacks, the pull-pin positions itself in the next set of drop-tube holes.
