LED Fluorescent Tubes!!12 Volt RV fluorescent light bulbs or tubes: The number for the fluorescent tubes are usually printed toward the end of the old fluorescent tube. Some of the more common tubes used in RV 12v fluorescent fixtures are:

Therefore the '5' would indicate a 5/8" diameter tube, and an '8' is a 1" tube. The CW stands for cool white which is the type of light. Cool White is commonly used in the Thin-Lite RV fluorescent lights.
