The kit includes the initial filter cartridge, wrench, mounting hardware, male and female garden hose fittings and a 12" garden hose. A unique built-in bypass valve allows for easy winterizing and convenient cartridge changes. A one year manufacturer's warranty is provided.
Filter Cartridges
The replacement cartridge that fits the Waterguard filter is as follows:
- 88-8258 which is a Lead Sorbent Carbon Block. This is the best filter element available. It costs a little more but we think you will taste the difference in your water/
