Kool Seal Roof Coating
White Elastomeric Roof Coating
Elastomeric Roof Coating forms a thick, rubber-like blanket of protection to expand and contract with your roof. 10 year manufacturers warranty. Cleans up with soap and water.
Coverage:
Generally apply at a rate of 50 sq. ft. per gallon. Actual coverage will vary depending on porosity of surface being coated. Two coats of Kool Seal Elastomeric are recommended for maximum reflectivity and service life.Application:
Do not apply Kool Seal Elastomeric when temperatures are below 50°F or when humidity is high. Do not apply when coating will be subjected to rain or heavy dew before coating is dried (approximately 4-6 hours.)This product has excellent suspension, and requires minimal stirring to assure uniformity. If roof is hot, spray with water to prevent coating from drying too fast. May be applied over damp surface.
Allow at least 4 hours between coats. Sets to touch in about 1 hour and dries in about 4 hours. Keep brushes and rollers in pail of water when not applying coating.
When using over gravel, remove all loose gravel and apply material at 6 gal. per 100 sq. ft.
Clean-Up:
