In many cases, the series and serial number can be found on
a product sticker located on the underside of the steps. You
will need to look up at the underside of the treads while laying
on your back. Generally, the control unit will be underneath
the step in a plastic box of various colors. Please record the
color and the number on the control box.
- Series or Model Number: For example Series 28, Series 32, Model 8278.
