RV Waste Tank - H492, 29 gallon - One of 75
RV waste tanks are made in a range of shapes, sizes, and valve arrangements. Please have information on the size, dimensions and 3 inch outlet valve handy of your existing tank. We can supply over 75 different sizes, dimensions and outlet valve placements. 8 common waste tanks with manufacturer's numbers are illustrated at this link to RV waste tank replacements. As these tanks are made of polyethylene plastic, the following products are not compatible: Sealants, pipe dope, greases, petroleum jellies, glues or other adhesives. Required plumbing include a 3" inlet and 1.5" or 2" vent in the highest part of the tank. You must drill these holes in the proper places to suit your plumbing situation. Installation of the piping is most easily accomplished by use of rubber grommets as shown.

If possible you should make a sketch of the existing one and put in dimensions on the drawing. Fax the dimensioned sketch (don't worry if the sketch is not very artistic) to PPL at 713-995-8697. Include your name and phone number and we will help you find a replacement. Or you may simple call us toll free at 1-800-755-4775 and we will work hard to find you a suitable replacement for your old one. The samples shown above are only a small sampling of the over 75 replacements that we can quickly ship nationwide.
Installation of the product might require creating inlets and in some cases redoing the plumbing to properly connect. PPL stocks a variety of replacement units and should be able to help you if you can provide good information to us.
