Tow Champ Utility Towing Bar made by Cequent/Reese. Manufacturer's Number for this UTILITY TOW BAR 5000 LBS is 63180. PPL # 99-3180.

Lightweight adjustable utility tow bar weighs only 31-pounds! Features arms that can adjust from 26" to 41" wide allowing it to fit a variety of vehicle bumpers. The heavy-duty quick latch A-frame coupler is designed to fit 2" hitch balls. Tow bar mounting brackets (included with 99-3180) bolts securely to the vehicle bumper. Please note that some states require the use of double safety chains (92-4363 sold separately). Utility tow bar features holes for easy attachment of safety chains.
