All it takes are just a few easy steps to install this pre-wired kit before you're sitting in the comfort of your chair operating your new remote control vent. Includes rain sensor, pre-wired interior assembly with electronics, auto lift motor/arm, hand held remote with 2 "AA" batteries, and remote wall cradle. 2 year warranty.
