This roof vent fan from Maxx Air installs over existing 14" x 14" vents with no existing removal required! Any existing roof vent can be a rain free ventilator fan. Prevents heat build-up, mustiness and odors while providing fresh air, regardless of the weather. This product has both intake and exhaust functions. It features a powerful 12 volt, 4 amp motor and provides over 900 CFM on high speed, 680 on medium and 500 on low @ 1.4 amps. Large 12" diameter opening with 10 bladed fan allows high volume air flow. Above unit mounted motor & blade provide quieter operation. 3 speed control console mounts to the interior existing trim ring. Ventilation even when the product is not running! Model 1200T includes thermostat and operates automatically when cabin temperature rises.
