Our RV appraisers are here full-time Monday thru Friday. It is best to get your used RV listed for sale during the week because we often get swamped with buyers on Saturday. This way your vehicle will be available for viewing on the busiest buying day of the week! The RV appraisal and listing will take about an hour.

Please bring the following paper work with you:

• Original title (if there is no lien holder, or original registration if you have a lien holder)
• Lien holder information (name, account number, phone number & payoff)
• Proof of RV Insurance
• Driver's License (Need copy for file)
• Current Texas Inspection Sticker from an Emissions County on the window (if your RV is a gas powered motor home)
• Most recent recreational vehicle license receipt (if licensed in Texas)

In addition, you should

• Empty all holding tanks and water tanks on your RV.
• Remove all dishes, cleaning supplies, and personal items from the RV.
• Have your motor home fuel tank full (minimum of 60 gallons). This will allow us  to start the engine and generator on a regular basis to help keep it in good condition.
• Have enough propane in the unit for PPL to do a demonstration of all the equipment in working order at the time the unit sells.
• Make sure your motor home has a current inspection sticker. Motor homes must have a current Texas inspection sticker at the time of sale.

Commission Rates

Our contract is a 90 day exclusive contract and commission is 10% of the actual selling price.  Minimum commission is $1475 for motor homes and $975 for trailers and 5th Wheels.  We look forward to working with you on the sale of your unit!

  If you are coming from out of Texas, your motor home, travel trailer, or fifth wheel will need a Weight Certificate from a certified weight scale. This can be done in any state at most truck stops along the Interstate Highway. This weight must be for the motor home, travel trailer or fifth wheel ONLY and is not to include any tow vehicle.  The unit will also need a Texas Safety Inspection/Emissions sticker  and Vin Verification Form if it sells to a Texas Resident. At the time you get the state inspection you will also need to ask for a VIN verification form which can be provided for a small additional fee  (ask for details).  Having this done before listing will save you money and speed the sale.  Or if you prefer, for an additional fee, PPL will provide this service for you.
