RV Rating - PPL’s Appearance Rating System

An “RV appearance rating” is shown on every vehicle listed for sale by PPL.  When an RV is listed for sale, an experienced PPL Appraiser will rate the RV (Diesel pusher, Motorhome, 5th Wheel Camper or Travel Trailer) as to its general appearance.  This rating is in comparison to other RVs of the same model year.  Following is a guideline we use when rating vehicles.

Like New	Significantly above average appearance.
Excellent	Above average appearance.
Very Good	Slightly above average appearance.
Good	Average appearance.
Fair	Below average appearance.
Poor	Very below average appearance

Note that the RV ratings are established based on an overall appearance, not on actual engine or mechanical condition.
