The Hijacker Autoslide 5th wheel hitch is the latest innovation for towing with short bed trucks. No need to get out and manually slide a hitch back in order to safely make sharp turns. That's easy to forget or underestimate the sharpness of the turn. The turning action of the truck automatically slides the hitch back so that the nose of the trailer doesn't hit the cab. And the most unique feature of this hitch is that it doesn't need a Capture Plate!! (When used with standard pin box.) Adapter plates are available for MorRyde and 5th Airborne pin boxes.
