Xantrex Solar Max 80W flex kits let you recharge your RV's batteries, power electric appliances, and charge devices while relaxing in one place or traveling the open road. Enjoy all the amenities your RV has to offer with renewable solar energy.
Each solar cell has 2000 points of contact to maximize power output. Flexible mesh grid-technology increases durability and lets panels flex up to 180 degrees. Xantrex Solar Max panels were subjected to accelerated lifestyle testing that exceeded regulatory standards. Xantrex Solar Max panels were found to be approximately 50 times more durable than standard flexible panels and collected up to 20% more energy in shaded areas.
The protective ethylene-tetra-fluor-ethylene, or ETFE, coating withstands a wide range of temperatures and enhances light transmittance. The coating is resistant stains and corrosion and protects roof-top solar panels from the elements.
The flexible panels have a peel-and-stick adhesive backing for convenient installation. You can easily install additional parallel panels to your solar system with branch connectors. cables, ties, and clamps in the expansion kit.
Weather resistant 'plug and play' battery and PC cables have built-in ring terminals, ferrule terminations, and a fuse to quickly connect panels and batteries to the charge controller.
The 30A Pulse-Width Modulation, or PWM, flush-mounted charge controller provides multi-stage battery charging. Monitor real-time system indicators on the controller's LCD screen, and charge electronic devices with two included USB ports.
