Integrated, resettable short circuit and overload protection safeguards itself and your tow vehicle against harmful electrical shorts and miswires. Draws power direcly from the towed vehicle battery; uses less than 5mA of vehicle circuit. Inhibits feedback through the vehicle's circuits. Works with 2 or 3-wire light systems snf LED or incandescent bulbs. Uses 16A for the tailight circuit and 4.2A for turn/stop circuits. Upgraded circuitry workswith vehicles that use a pulse width modulation (PWM). Decodes multiplex signal inputs (i.e. Audi, BMS, Mercedes and VW).1 year warranty.
