42' 2009 Holiday Rambler Ambassador 41SKQ 360hp Cummins w/4 Slides
The 2009 Monaco Ambassador 41SKQ is a quad-slide, 42-foot Class A motorhome featuring a spacious front kitchen layout, a large living area, and a rear master suite. The "SKQ" in the model number denotes this specific floor plan, which includes four slide-outs and features a queen bed in the master suite.
he front features the driver and passenger seats, which swivel to become part of the main living space when parked. The living area expands significantly with opposing slide-outs, often including two sofas and a free-standing dinette with chairs.
The kitchen is positioned in the front area, integrated with the living room slide-out. It includes solid surface countertops, a double stainless steel sink, a high-output 3 burner cooktop, a convection microwave oven and a residential-style refrigerator.
A side aisle leads toward the rear of the coach. The bathroom is located mid-coach, with a corner shower with a glass door and skylight, a toilet, a vanity with a sink, and a medicine cabinet.
The master suite at the rear of the RV also uses a large slide-out for space. It accommodates a walk-around queen-size bed, nightstands, overhead storage, and a dresser. The very back of the coach features an oversized wardrobe closet with large mirrored doors, providing ample storage space.
The exterior includes a power-retractable awning for outdoor shade, as well as slide-out topper awnings over each of the four slide-outs to protect the mechanisms from debris. An entry door awning is also standard.
It is equipped with a power automatic hydraulic leveling system with four jacks for easy setup at a campsite.
In 2023 all slide cylinders were replaced as well as the hydrolic pump and heat pump. The owners also put in an electronic porcelain toilet.
