38' 2016 Keystone Cougar 333MKS w/3 Slides
The 2016 Keystone Cougar 333MKS features a spacious and open floorplan with three slide-outs with remote control and a dedicated rear living area. The layout is designed for maximum comfort and long-term living. This is a one owner RV and has been well maintained and stored inside when not in use. The very rear of the RV features a new sofa, two rcliners and overhead cabinetry spanning the entire width of the unit. The main living area utilizes two opposing slide-outs to create a wide-open space. There is freestanding dinette with four chairs and handy closet is immediately to the right upon entering the main door. An off-center kitchen island holds a large double stainless steel sink with a high-rise pull-out faucet, maximizing counter space and usability. The main kitchen contains appliances and entertainment center. This includes a large pantry, a three-burner range/oven, residential Frigidair refrigerator, and an entertainment center with a TV, speakers with sub woofer and an electric fireplace. The owner has added high quality pull out drawers in several of the cabinets. Additional storage can be round below the step and chair cushions. Steps near the main entry lead up to a side-aisle bathroom and front bedroom. The bathroom has dual entry doors (one from the hallway, one from the master bedroom). It includes a large, one-piece molded fiberglass shower with a skylight and Fantastic Fan, a bidet toilet, a vanity with a sink, and a medicine cabinet. The private front bedroom features a queen-sized Sleep Number bed located in its own slide-out on the off-door side, with nightstands on either side. Opposite the bed is a chest of drawers. Along the front wall is a large, full-height wardrobe closet with sliding doors, which also contains a corner section prepped for a washer/dryer unit. A second non-ducted air conditioner has been added to the master bedroom for added comfort when sleeping.
Outside the RV boasts a large, well-lit "XL pass-through storage" compartment at the front, featuring slam-latch baggage doors for secure closure. The fifth wheel is equipped with a four-point electric auto-leveling system, making setup at the campsite quick and easy. The underbelly area is fully enclosed and heated as part of its desing for all-season camping. The extra insulation helps keep the interior floor of the RV warmer, which is especially noticeable in colder weather. The owner has also added a 1500 watt inverter and skies the under side of the slides to help prevent water damage
