31' 2018 Jayco Eagle Ht 27.5RLTS w/3 Slides
The 2018 Jayco Eagle HT 27.5RLTS is a lightweight, three-slide fifth wheel trailer designed for easy towing with a half-ton truck, featuring a rear living room layout and residential-style amenities. This RV has been barn kept it's entire life and the owner has done regular maintanence on the slides, seals and wheel bearings.
This living area features large panoramic windows that let in natural light. It is typically equipped with a tri-fold hide-a-bed sofa and recliner - however the owner removed the relciners as they were very uncomfortable and used oversized folding chairs when they used it. This give you the option to choose whatever you like for this area. This area is arranged around an entertainment center which may include a fireplace TV and table with chairs.
The kitchen runs along the interior wall and the opposing slide-out, providing ample counter space with solid-surface countertops. The appliances include a three-burner range, oven, microwave, gas/electric refrigerator, and a stainless steel sink with a pull-out sprayer.
The mid-coach bathroom is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom, a feature often referred to as a dual-entry bath. It includes a spacious glass-door corner shower, porcelain toilet, macerator pump and a vanity with a residential-size mirror.

The "Climate ShieldT" package offers zero-degree-tested weather protection, including a fully enclosed and heated underbelly, PEX plumbing, and double-layer fiberglass insulation to allow for year-round use.
