29' 2023 Grand Design Transcend 240ML w/Slide
This 2023 Grand Design Transcend 240ML stands out from typical used units because it underwent a major factory refurbishment at Grand Design's Middlebury, Indiana facility in February 2026, leaving it in like new condition with freshly replaced structural and plumbing components. Grand Design installed a brand new roof with new decking, membrane, vents, skylight, trims, and full resealing, and also replaced the entire floor system, including new decking, insulation, and linoleum after removing and reinstalling the slide, furniture, cabinets, and appliances. Interior wall panels in the bedroom, dinette, and shower area were replaced, the pass through decking was rebuilt, and multiple trim components were refreshed. The plumbing system was comprehensively renewed with a new SW6DEL water heater, new 12V 3.0 GPM water pump, new kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, shower diverter, shower head and hose, and a new Style II high profile toilet. Grand Design also installed 40 feet of new PEX water lines, replaced multiple tees, elbows, couplings, and clamps, and rebuilt all tank gate valves and seals for the gray, black, and fresh tanks, confirming leak free operation. Awning and gutter rails were cleaned and resealed, and the LP, electrical, and water systems were fully tested before the unit was winterized. This extensive factory work makes the trailer exceptionally reliable and gives the next owner peace of mind rarely found in the used market.
